We met many years ago and he’s a very, very good guy and I had been in a relationship with a very, very bad guy. And, you know, he came along and he was handsome and charming and funny, and I was like “I’m not buying what you’re selling. I don’t care. This romance thing? You wanna go on a date? I don’t think so.” And he was like “Okay, run from me. I’m taller and I’ll run faster.” And he did, so for years we would go to dinner and then I would run. And finally he was like “Well, you know what I’m gonna do? I’m going to take a job in North Carolina; you can’t run away from me now!”
They are the most precious thing.
Possibly the sweetest couple in the world.
